My partner Claire Tzo had created an incredibly cute but simple doodle of a girl with her pet companion (featured to the right). With their permission, I fully fleshed out the doodled characters to become what is now Zippy the Cat and Zoe the human.

Objective:
To fully flesh out and redesign a character, give her and her companion their own show, and develop branding that fits the playful nature of the characters.

Solution:
A young adult television show called “Zippy & Zoe”. The graphics would be reminiscent of popular 90s-early 2000s cartoons such as “The Powerpuff Girls”, “Dexter’s Laboratory”, and “The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy”.
