Client: Fright Night Industries
Ghoulish is a fictional Halloween convention centering around parties that will be a delight for people of all ages. In addition to its many industry guests, Halloween treat testings, and makeup demos, it also has frightening mazes, decoration ideas, and local artists prepared to make this Halloween your spookiest yet.

Objective:
To create a comprehensive branding kit that fits in with the event’s target market and creates a welcoming atmosphere for lovers of Halloween and all that encompasses it. The client would be given a creative brief, brand audit, logo usage guide, convention branding guide, immersive experience idea, website mock up, and multiple pieces of collateral.

Solution:
I used bright neon colors typically found in “glow in the dark” haunted houses to evoke a playful yet “spooky” feeling. None of the branding for this convention was too scary in order to maintain the “family friendly Halloween” energy. Each piece was subjected to several rounds of critique and feedback from peers before reaching where it is now.
